About UtiliFlex LLC

UtiliFlex, LLC's management team has broad utility and energy experience combined with deep technical experience.  UtiliFlex has leveraged these capabilities to bring a new world of smart grid management, smart metering systems, and utility payment solutions together. UtiliFlex was created as a joint venture between UtiliSol and Geeklabs in November of 2007.

UtiliSol, LLC is the former metering business of Tennessee Valley Infrastructure Group, Inc. (TVIG), an international energy development and construction firm.  UtiliSol is focused on STS "open standard" prepaid metering and software technologies.  UtiliSol markets these technologies to electric utilities throughout Central America and the Caribbean basin.

Founded in 2003, PrepaidMeters.co.za is the leading supplier of privately owned, privately managed prepaid metering systems and services in Southern Africa with core competencies in service delivery, meter management and vending.

Owned by Enbaya Trading CC, PrepaidMeters.co.za has broad knowledge, experience and technical expertise in supplying, servicing and vending that uniquely addresses the sub-metering requirements of landlords, property managers and body corporates.
