Credit Vending
If you have an available balance on the system, simply text the special number with specific message syntax and specific to a customers meterng technology, you will either receive a token to enter in your meter keypad, or the purchased power will be automatically added to your account.
Scratch Card Purchases
Simply text your scratch card number to the special number on your locally purchased scratch card and specific to a customers meterng technology, you will either receive a token to enter in your meter keypad, or the purchased power will be automatically added to your account.
Receipts
Receipts of your purchases and payments can be delivered via text. This works for all purchased methods throughout UtiliFlex, including purchases. No need to write down all of numbers if you have to put a token into your meter.

If your Pre-Paid/Pay-As-You-Go account or meter is low, customers can receive daily text messages.
